Founded on the merit shop philosophy in 1971, Associated Builders and Contractors helps its members develop people, win work and deliver that work safely, ethically and profitably for the betterment of the communities in which ABC and its members work.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Greater Tennessee Chapter and ABC’s nationwide network of 21,000 members.

ABC Greater Tennessee represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and commercial construction industry partners across Middle and East Tennessee. Membership is divided into categories by field and annual revenue. **If your company already holds a national ABC membership through another chapter, please contact our membership team before applying.

Contractor: Categories 4 – 14 Membership dues for contractors are determined by the company’s total annual volume. This includes subcontracted work, material, and labor figured on the most recently completed fiscal year.

Supplier: Categories 2.1 - 2.2 Membership dues for suppliers are determined by the company’s total annual volume.

Partners:

Architect | Engineer | Developer: Category 1.2 There is a flat rate for partner membership dues.

Industry Partner: Category 1.1 There is a flat rate for industry partner membership dues. This category includes companies that provide services to the construction industry, but no labor or materials.
